Our yoga retreats give you the chance to experience first hand what daily dedication can do to your yoga practice. Imagine yourself in a beautiful setting with stunning nature all around you. Put yourself in a peaceful setting where soulful chefs provide daily healthy and nourishing meals, which are sure to fuel this week of transformation through your yoga practice. Spend time with like minded people who are also looking for a way to disconnect from regular daily life and reconnect with themselves.
Each week long retreat has a daily schedule of 2 bikram yoga classes per day with early morning Tibetan Rites. Throughout the week you will also have 2 posture clinics or master classes. Here we take the extra time to dive deep into the mechanics and techniques of many of the key postures. We also offer a variety of cultural excursions during the week.
Both beginners and experienced yogis will enjoy the challenge and get inspiration from our retreats.

It was our second time we went to a yoga retreat ever and we must say that it was as surprising as the first time in Malaga. We had a really good time with lovely people from different parts of Holland and from abroad: Rotterdam, Den Haag, Arnhem, Leiden, London and even New York State. Again we learned a lot of new things about yoga. Lydia and Sam were fantastic. The clinics were very useful and fun: they refine the postures and make sure you get the right technique. Doing yoga twice a day really keeps the doctor away The location was nice, quite and relaxing, you could even pick your own fruits!
