Our Bikram Yoga Teachers
All our teachers share one passion and that is to share their love and knowledge of Bikram Yoga. With our extensive training approach every yoga class has the same high quality. You get clear instructions from friendly and knowledgeable teachers who convey their knowledge of Bikram Yoga in their own personal but clear and consistent way.
All our lessons are taught by certified Bikram Yoga instructors that have graduated from accredited teacher training programs. That means that our teachers have completed an intensive training of 500+ hours. Often they have also referred a number of weeks training under the supervision of a senior Bikram Yoga teacher.
Teachers that have made the transition from student to teacher while at Bikram Yoga Den Haag have done so by first completing a steady practice of 2,5 years of 5 x per week in order to gain endorsement from studio director Lydia Wright. After which they receive ongoing mentorship is development as a teacher. This provides for a good basis for building in-depth knowledge through personal practice.
